All parts and labor will be free of any cost to our customer from the date of installation.

Warranty is subject to North Texas Water Systems servicing and/or inspecting unit on an annual basis.

This warranty does not cover damage to your system due to abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, flood, acts of God or a change in the influent water characteristics. Periodic replacement of expendables such as filter cartridges, filters, membranes and certain filter media are not covered by any warranty. These consumable parts are part of natural attrition and changing them is normal and required by your system. Annual inspections and follow-ups are required to maintain your warranty coverage.

We are pleased to provide an exclusive warranty for all parts and labor for a period of 10 years. The 10 year warranty does not cover systems that do not have pre-treatment systems that include sediment filtration, carbon filtration, etc. When pre-treatment is not used, the warranty coverage will be a 5 year warranty. Warranty coverage for whole house systems is 10 years.
